I have lived here for several years and have not witnessed any of the incidents reported. Anywhere you go in there can be problems, but in my experience this is not the case. I would never live in a place that was terrible.

I have new carpet and vinyl and the apartment is very clean and quiet. I guess everyone is entitled to their opinion, but my opinion is it is not as bad as some say. Maybe there was a problem for in one particular area, but whenever I have a complaint I go to the office and they always take care of it.

I like the apartment I have and don't see a problem

Are you living in the same place I do? How can you not hear the gun shots? Quiet? I can hear every little thing that happens in my neighbors house. And what office are you going to for your complaints? Every time I have been to the office regarding a problem, I can usually count on someone to come take a look at it but NEVER fix it properly a few weeks after the fact. I suppose if drivebys, robberies, break ins, and shootings is something you find comfort in and don't mind living around then you would find this to be a marvelous place to live. I don't agree with your post what so ever and I will tell EVERYONE I know to stay away from these aweful apartments.
