Plantation Apartments is definitely the best place at the best price. The office staff is great and so is the maintenance staff. The people who work on this property really sincerely care about their residents. Everytime there is any problem it is always addressed and taken care of immediately. I lived on the property for a little over 5 years, but I met many residents that have spent 20 years living at Plantation. Many of the other communities in Charleston are over priced, but at Plantation, the rent is very reasonable and the apartments are delivered in great condition to new people coming in. When I moved into my apartment it was clean and free of damage with very clean carpet and fresh coat of paint on the walls. I was very happy with the overall outcome of my stay at Plantation and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new place. It is also definitely the most convenient location in all of the West Ashley area of Charleston. It is close to beaches, shopping, downtown, easy access to the Interstate, and not too much traffic. If anyone complains about this place, it's probably only because they did something wrong. The office staff doesn't tolerate any idiots trying to cause trouble on the property, so when something happens they are quick to react. The people causing the problems are the only ones that may have any negative comments, but 99% of the people there are happy. The pools are clean and the courtyards are kept up well, infact some of the residents plant many flowers and plants themselves because the office lets them do so. Anyhow you get the picture, just make sure to vist this place before you make a bad decision in living somewhere else. It's definitely number one on my list. BEST PLACE,BEST PRICE, BEST LIFE!!!
