Great bargain with few frills

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I lived here for 2 years (1 in a 3 bedroom apartment and 1 in a 1 bedroom apartment). It is an older complex but the grounds are well maintained.
Fixtures and bathrooms are simple. Kitchens are small, but not cramped.
I felt very safe living here.
When I lived there the 3 bedroom was $675 and the 1 bedroom was $495, which I know has gone up since then.
Generally quiet at night with only occasional noise from the same college kids or F&B employees you would find in any apartment complex.
