P.Oaks is a really nice apt complex. Clean, neat grounds. Nice pool area and gym. Nice apts with screened in porches. Staff is very nice. The walls are nice and thick. I barely ever heard any goings on in the adjacent apts. I would say the only negative thing is that at night the grounds are pretty dark, however it is a really safe neighborhood, and I never felt nervous.
