I moved here and the apartment was very clean, the only appliance that was not funcitional was garbage disposal and replaced immediateley upon calling the office!! This complex is well maintained, the office staff is a joy, all very helpful as well as pleasant.The pool and spa are constantly clean, no children running around unattended.Quiet & peaceful surroundings, gated community. IT'S GREAT!!!
