Planatation Oaks was an average place to live. The carpets had brown stains on them, the refrigerator made noises, wasn't cold enough, and the ceiling of the screened-in patio was ridiculously dirty. The staff was continually delayed in fulfilling requests put through at the office. The workout room wasn't up to quality standards at all. The equipment was outdated and often broke. The pole in the back of the complex that swung up to allow residents in was broke at least half of the weekends. What work the maintenance people did to appliances wasn't good and leaked soon after.
