I lived at Plantation oaks for about a year and a half. The place isnt that bad, but there is room for improvement. The pool is usually an eerie shade of green. Dont even touch the hot tub-there are people having thier own little "parties" out there at night during the summer. The pool gets used by people that dont even live there. My only other complaint is that it is supposedly a "gated" complex. But the gate is always wide open. In their defense, it seems that when they try to close the gate, someone comes plowing through it...still they are slow to repair it. One problem that they really need to get a handle on is the problem of people not cleaning up after thier dogs. There is dog "poo" all in the grass...so watch where you step!! Maybe they could post signs to remind people. Sometimes I had a problem finding a parking spot, but normally it was fine. The staff was nice and Jennifer was always very helpful.
