just moved in last week and definitely satisfied. its in a good location. easy drive to folly beach and downtown. inside is very clean. no bugs or anything. nice screened in porch with a great view of the pool ( at least from my unit). all appliances are in working order. havent had to call maintenance for anything. havent had any noise problems at all. not one little noise at night while Im sleeping. plenty of parking. havent had to stray away from my unit. landscaping is nice,,,very woodsy look. very very safe,,,its a gated community and the gates are in working order now. the office staff is very nice and friendly. espescially casey,,,, she's also happens to be gorgeous. only slight drawbacks are the exterior of the buildings are a bit dirty and could use a power wash. also the ac tends to run a bit warm during the hottest part of the day but it is tolerable. definitely a nice peaceful place to live
