have been here almost a year and the entire staff has been wonderful.the only real minor annoyances Ive had are barking dogs and parking. it seems like 80% of the tenants own at least 1 and unfortunately for me,,, both my neighbors downstairs and right behind me have dogs that often bark at night and early morning. the neighbor behind me seems to sleep with the dog in the bedroom which is right smack behind my bedroom so its very loud and irritating when trying to sleep at times when he starts going off. occasionally,, some idiot will walk their dog by my unit very late at night and when their dog barks it sets off a chain reaction of "woof woof woof" for several minutes which is also a problem,,,, but most complexes around here allow dogs so I'd imagine its like that most everywhere. another minor irritation is the parking. I work at night so when I get home at midnight I usually have to park pretty far off to the side where the visitor parking is. unfortunately many of the visitors park near the units where theyre not supposed to which doesnt help any. Im in shape and walking doesnt bother me much but if youre eldery or feeble it could be a problem. during the day there's plenty of open spaces. its only a problem later at night. I still highly reccommend plantation oaks. its a safe,,,,well kept,,,,clean complex with a pleasant,,helpful office staff and the maintenance guys have always promptly fixed any minor problem Ive ever had with my a/c etc
