I have been here for almost 3 years now, I love my neighbors, and like the layout of my apartment alot. If you are considering moving here, though- make sure your sofa will get through the door(particularly if you are on second floor) because the sharp turn into the place allows 72" only!!! The amount of care spent on upkeep is not as good as it was, I think from a change of ownership of the corporate office in PA recently. There is alot of speeding through the parking lot, and many cars have been hit. Thankfully no pedestrians as of yet. They are also removing the gates, so even the appearance of a "secure enviroment" will be gone. West Ashley has a growing crime rate and I forsee problems to come.
