It says a lot about someone that has lived in Planters Trace for 4 years and lets her children play outside in that neighborhood... pay attention to the author of the review. Just because the manager is nice and smiles and works hard does not make up for all the issues relating to the quality of tenants or the condition of the units. Don't be fooled... we moved in a month ago and are trying to figure out how to break our lease, we had no idea what we had gotten into to. We have had numerous problems with our apartment in the last month, to the extent we are having to spend nights in other units, with no access to our belongings because our unit is unlivable.
