I strongly have to disagree with the other review on this apartment community. I have lived here for 4 years and I wouldn't stay anywhere else! The office staff is pleasant and friendly and really take a personal interest in their residents. As far as maintenance goes, I have always had any request that I have put in for taken care of immediately. The apartments are very well taken care of, and the property itself is beautiful! I love Point James Apartments, and I think it is an absolute shame that anyone would ever refer to my home the way they did because of what sounds to me like a personality conflict. I LOVE IT HERE!!
