Staff is friendly, landscaping is kept up nicely, only thing is that the maintenance staff seems to have a hard time "remembering" that you need something repaired or fixed. Otherwise - very decent and quiet - and an all around great neighborhood to live in, especially if you have children because they do have a small, but nice playground and even a small pool area for the toddlers.
