Listen up, the AC will not get the temp below 85 all summer, the electric bill for a 500 square foot apartment with no washer/dryer = 150 a month. There is a roach problem. The water bill, (again no washer at all) is 50 dollars a month!!! WTF'''' Stay away from this place, unhelpful staff, terrible maintanance. Their solution = "Just deal with it." I have never had such a problem before, and lived in apartments for last 3 years of college with no complaints... until we moved here!!!!
