My ceiling still leaks after maintenance supposedly fixed it. There was a hole in my closet wall when I moved in that they never fixed. A lot of other problems were present when I moved in, some of which they took care of, others they neglected. It seems like they just didn't take the time to look over the apartment before I moved in. The upstairs floor squeaks very badly, so I have been woken up pretty much every morning since I have lived there. And only some of the units have washer/dryer hookups - of course mine isn't one, so I have to use their facility, for $2.50 per load.
