I disagree with the previous bad review. I did not have much time to look for apartments when I moved to Charleston, but I knew I wanted to live on James Island. The management had just been changed when we moved in, so things were a bit crazy, but since then, they have greatly improved the place. We have only had minor problems, and they were fixed the next day - by courteous people. Yes, pets are allowed, but I have not had problems with other tenants pets. The laundry facility has brand new washers and dryers, and the pool area is quite nice.

No, they are not the newest, prettiest apartments around, but the two bedroom flats (not townhouses) living rooms are HUGE....the bedrooms could be a bit bigger but I'm not complaining. Not a horrible place.
