New management took over and since then, there have been no problems with the trash compactor. Units are independently owned, so it is up to the owner of the unit to take care of repairs. Since the new Super BILO opened, there has been no crimes in our community due to it being open 24-7 and good lighting. Rivers Point also has ADT security cameras. I have lived here for 5 years and I have seen this place improve drastically especially since the new management company took over. It is walking distance to BILO, restaurants, Blockbuster.
