Noisy- Rude People

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
We have been living here for 2 years. I don't know if the walls are thin or if our neighbors are really loud, but you can hear everything that goes on in the other apartments. The entrances are not private so everytime you come home, there are basically other people on you front porch. Also some a**hole with a motorcycle decided at 4 in the morning to do laps around the complex. Crime has begun to pick up around the complex as well.
