I have been living here for a month, and I can say the neighbors don't seem to be very friendly. Some don't even say hello! I am from the north, and I am surprised by such rude behavior here in the South. The price is too high for a place that doesn't have a fitness center, and the "playground" is nothing but horrible...there are only a few swings, and they look as if they are about the break under the weight of some poor child. To make matters worse, there is a warning sign basically stating "swing at your own risk"..!!! The only good thing about living here is my actual apt. (the inside)

I don't know what this reviewer is talking about. My experience has been very different. He/she has been here for a month. I have been here 5 years and I have seen major changes since the new management took over. The residents are nice if you seem approachable. It seems like this person is expecting people to throw a welcome party. There was a survey a few months ago and most people asked to get rid of the playground and replace it with green area. The plan to upgrade it was scrapped. There are several fitness centers around the area that provide more than what any fitness center here could ever provide. If you are paying more than $800 per month on a 1 bed/1 bath then you are paying too much.

I completly agree with you, this place is crappy. the neightbors suck. Nobody speaks to you unless it is to complain. The "playground" unsafe and nobody even cares. The parents in the neighborhood seem to not care where their childeren are half the time anyways because I see and hear them walking around at all times of the night. I have lived here for 2 years and will probally celebrate when my lease is up.
