Been here several years. Management quality has declined. Used to be better about common property maintenance. Laundry room is not well maintained and only half of dryers work. Can get refunds from vendor for lost change though. Try to keep track of which ones don't work. Forget about on-site fitness room. Was good for first 6 months, then after machines broke, they haven't gotten fixed. So fitness room has been junk for last 1.5 years. Property is not being well maintained by current management, who generally doesn't seem concerned with common property maintenance issues such as permanently fixing broken downspouts, holes in common walls, broken fences and the like. Windows have not been maintained in 30 years and draft air and outdoor noise like crazy...will impact you electric bill. Mgmt has been good about fixing (only) critical items in a timely fashion. Buildings reroofed a year ago. Crime seems not that bad but worse than several years ago; e.g. armed robbery, murder behind property, and some woman-abuser tried to kick in a door this year. No murders in this town for several years but two this year. Pay own water, electric. Has been acceptable but hope to move on to better things someday.
