This place charges 1200 a month for a 2br/2ba about HALF A MILE FROM a SEWAGE PLANT!!! LOLOLOL!!! I lived here for almost a year, and I remember asking the office staff: What is that smell' And they reply: The marsh!!! Then about a year later I see the sewage treatment whilst driving across the James Island Connector... and where is it you ask''' HAHA right near Enclave!!! My advice: DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Besides the problems that we delt with in the office with the staff, 1200 a month is just TOO MUCH for these apartments. The only thing really nice they have is the bathtubs! Everything else is substandard!
