Westchase is an attractive place on the outside and I felt very safe living there, but I had so many problems with maintenance that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The plumbing and appliances were poorly installed and maintained, with holes in the walls around them where the roaches climbed in and out. I didn't have hot water for two weeks, though I called repeatedly about it. Maintenance came three times and proclaimed the problem solved each time before finally replacing the faulty heater. Huge inconvenience. Laundry has to be done off the premises if you have a busy schedule, because when the office isn't open, you can't charge your card to use the machines. The fitness center consists of two treadmills, a stairclimber, two bikes, and a weight machine. Both treadmills had been broken for weeks when I left. One bike had been broken for over 4 months. The television in the fitness center was broken from September to January. All this despite almost weekly reports that they were going to be fixed immediately.

Convenient, but too much of a pain to stay.
