Seemed like a nice place at first.... I have been there for 2 years and have had several rent increases... Have had many problems with toilets, sinks, and A/C more than once.. Have had the maintence crew up to my place many times saying the problems were fixed, when the truth was they only band-aided the problems... The fitness cener has broken and out of date equipment... And has been that way for as long as I can remember... We were told that it was going to be fixed many times but no actions have occured... The palmetto bugs are everywhere.... I never once had anyone in my house spraying for bugs... You have to use a laundry card to do clothes and getting your card filled is a hassle... You cant use the pool or jacuzzi after 10:00...
The location of the Westchase is very good... The property managers are great when it comes to signing that lease but after that they are useless... One good thing about the Westchase is they let you have dogs of any size... Overpriced for what you actually get or have to put up with...
