The apartments are solid but small. You can really tell that they are pretty old by all the cracks in ceiling and walls that were just painted over. Carpet is cheap. Nice landscaping with shady trees and lake with turtles. Office staff is an absolute joke. I swear they just can't be as stupid as they seem. Maintenances leave a lot to be desired. It usually takes more than a couple requests/trips to get something fixed. However, all in all I like living here because of the layout of the apartments, the quiet environment, and the rent is reasonable for the location. It is located right behind Walmart and is pretty close to Charleston.
