After moving out of Westchase I get a notice from a collection agency for the collection of damages (There were NO damages when I left) Warning***Take pictures before you leave. They also charged me for legal fees''' (Is this for them reporting me to a collection agency')
This place is owned by a huge corporation, but over all they are slum loards that know they can take advantage of renters that cannot afford legal represenation. I obtained a lawyer for my situation. Run away from all that is connected to Colonial properties! bad bad people!!!
