While the apartments themselves are very over-priced, the grounds and amenities are decent. Location is good, but the staff is atrocious. A tree knocked a hole in our roof and we were given a bucket to catch the water for the week and half until they got around to fixing it. The staff never communicates with the residents. 7 times our rent has changed and we were never notified until we had a late fee... Even then it was by a note on the door. Calling is apparently asking too much. The maintenance staff is the one bright spot in the community. They seem helpful and eager to please. All in all, I wouldn't currently recommend Westchase.
