hmmm where do i begin ' for starters when my family moved and i first moved in there were things that needed to be fixed , kitchen window screen was torn out so that if my little one were to get close to it she would fall out easly ,the shelf and door for closet was broken and still needs repaired after 6 months, garbage desposal broke and did not get repaired for two weeks ( you can imagine) i can go on and on but that would take to much space other then that the outside looks good , other then some neighbors letting their pets leave land mines where someone could step in them, and the mgmt is a story in itself. i better quit for now or it will be a book :)
