They charge for water, sewer and trash which you pay along with your rent so its actually a little more expensive than the other nice apartments in the area, The apartments are old and you can tell everything is bottom of the line. I have had to call maintenance way too many times. There is no patio for the apartments and you are not allowed to have a grill and who wants to bake a steak'''not me. My girlfriend and I were about to have a baby and needed to upgrade to a 2 bedroom and they wouldnt allow me to do it without paying over $1200.00 because they said I would be breaking the lease either though I was willing to stay with them. There is dog poop everywhere, Ive stepped in it so many times we just leave our shoes on the front porch. The staff is really nice when you first come in but soon forget about you and start being rude. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!WHAT A DUMP!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a current resident here and have not had any of these issues! I can't believe that these are your complaints. Did you read your lease when you moved in? Did you not notice that there were not porches or patios when you first looked at them? The staff is reallky nice. If anything they are overly friendly, not rude. It cracks me up that these are your issues. My only thought was you had a bad experience because you were a bad tenant!
