Westchase has a lot going for it. The property is attractive, very clean, nice big dumpsters. The apartments are basic but in pretty good condition. Carpets are very cheap, but the rest is at least a solid average.

Things to consider, not parcel boxes for packages, can be difficult to receive things to large for the box, their often left at the office but if you work 9-5 you only have Saturday to pick them up and that's the busiest day for showing apts so its usually vacant. I had to wait two weeks once, really inconvenient. There are also a fair amount of palmetto bugs, at times terrible, at times you won't see one for a week. Also there a lot of big dogs, depending on the owner the can be loud or quiet.

But overall better than a lot of places around here. A good value for the location, great access to stores (grocery, Wal-Mart, Mall) and the highway.
