Nice location apt, but the maintenance is so bad. If I request service the office doesn't respond right away they take very very long time (months )to get back to you.................................

Great place to live! Location is perfect and the staff is outstanding. Neighborhood has so much to offer. Friendly neighbors, good amenities, pet friendly, updated fixtures, resident events, responsive to resident needs.

It's a great apt community to live at. Only issues I have are the utilities being average by building not unit like the Catch and no fixed rental contract amount for long term residents as myself. I've researched others and several offer that!

I actually love the area and dog park. It's close to everything and those I have met are very nice and helpful. So far my experience has been good, for apartment living. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great community! Centrally located to almost anywhere in Charleston. Tons of amenities and a friendly staff that are attentive to residents needs. I would recommend this community to my friends and family.

Great place to live. Clean friendly and great centrally located. Very quiet community for being on Sam Rittenberg Blvd. If you have a dog , they have a great dog park . The pool area is well maintained. Overall I would recommend living at the Wind Jammer Apts

The apartments are absolutely beautiful we so far we enjoy very much living here! Friendly neighbors, caring office staff, and skillful maintenance men! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment because I feel comfortable and satisfied myself.

Overall, very clean. Courteous staff. Amenities are kept clean and accessible. Grounds are kept nicely and seasonally appropriate. Parking is accessible and usually plentiful. Although you can't walk outside the neighborhood, it is close enough to drive to visit other pretty areas.

OVERALL NICE AND WELCOMING COMMUNITY. HAS A LOT OF COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES TO ENGAGE RESIDENTS IN. HOWEVER, THE DOWNSIDE IS, IT NEEDS SERIOUS UPDATES TO WINDOWS, CEILINGS, HEATING AND AIR UNITS AND LAUNDRY ROOM TO THE OLDER UNITS.FRIENDLY STAFF.
