I have lived here in Woodbridge for a year now. I have seen the management change twice and they say that they are going to do things to help make living here a lot better. Well i have not seen any changes, the apartments on the outside look rundown only being 2yrs old, mold, gum, trash is all over grounds and the buildings. I have talked to several tennants who have lived here since the construction was complete and they said durring the past 2 years it has gotten worse. Maintenance does not have a clue how to complete any task nor can they change a simple light bulb, the grounds at night are not safe due to poor lighting which they said that they have improved ( show me ). The rent is over priced for such little to offer, you can move to any other complex which is owned and managed by the same company and they are less expensive and have much more to offer. I think i would be more safe living on sprull ave. The noise level is terrible you can hear just about anything your neighbors do or say. Parking is still a nightmare, some people think is ok to park on the grass or block entry ways and nothing has been done to stop this, its like they dont care. Why would anyone live here and waste money. I have now moved to their summerville location (so much better) and they are great 100%. Woodbridge you need to shape up !!!!!!!
