If you want something fixed, don't stay here. It takes weeks to get somebody to fix anything. Rent is high and the grounds are filthy. You won't have a place to park either. that is when they try and rent you a garage for another 85.00.
I bet they won't tell you about the shooting that happened last month either. It wasn't even addressed to the renters.

Once again, from the manager of the community...this resident had a grill on thier patio which is not only against community policy but city ordinance, when notified of the violation they had no other option for the grill than to rent a garage to store it in. As for the maintenance issue...just another way of attacking the community due to the anger from getting a violation. Please make it a point to drive by and check out the grounds, Woodbridge has beautiful natural surroundings and is very clean.

how do you "the manager" know who these people are writing these anonymous reviews? i'm sure more than one person was notified that they had grills on their patios/balconies... and take a look at your complex, EVERYONE has a grill, city ordinance or not.

If there was some acceptance of the blame or even an explanation without finger pointing from the manager, I would be giving this place the benefit of the doubt. Yes, people get upset with authority/management but are these complaints accurate or is the manager upset there are poor reviews of the facility?

I lived here a few years ago before moving to Los Angeles, and I liked it for the most part. However, I find the "manager" of this property telling the business of its residents extremely unprofessional.
Even if the tenant/former tenant was incorrect in its information here, why not be classy instead of vindictive and spiteful?

THE GROUNDS ARE FILTHY. THERE IS DOG CRAP EVERYWHERE AND IT STINKS LIKE IT TOO. YOU CANNOT WALK ANYWHERE WITHOUT STEPPING IN IT. I AM SO SICK OF IT.
