I lived there for a month so that should tell you something. My fiance and I needed a place fast so we picked a place that was reasonably priced so it would be a place with limited to no violence. The staff was nice when we first moved in but we had a maintenance problem the first week...first off the carpet was gross and there was candle wax all over it and the office avoided fixing it and then the bath tub facet was broken and they didnt fix it for a month...lets just say they came in the day we broke our lease and were moving out and that was too late. Management was not very helpful...they are not very prompt when it comes to maintenance issues. Their prices are ridiculous for having no ammenities and you can pay an extra 85 dollars a month for a parking garage to avoid from parking all the way on the other side of the parking lot because there is no parking available in front of your apartment and since we had 2 cars that is what happened most of the time unless it was a week day when everyone was working then you could find a reasonable parking space. The noise is terrible you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. They keep up on cutting the grass and the landscaping looks nice but that is not everything. The pool was always closed and the laundry room was always full...they only had a few washers and dryers although the laundry room in the apartment itself was pretty spacious some people can't afford a washer and dryer right away. There is nothing special about this place...down the street there is a trashy apartment complex and it's located right off of 61 so there's noisy traffic. It's in a bad area. All in all the place is not worth it. It's too expensive for all the things that do not come with it. Not to mention the day before we moved out we told management we were not satisfied with the maintenance issue (it says in their rules if you are not satisfied in 30 days you can move out with no penalty) and we told them we were moving out and the head manager told us we would have to pay 1100 dollars to break our lease and we said "no problem" and they gave us the form to fill out. We filled it out and left it on the bar the day we moved out and took our keys to them, keep in mind we gave them their recommended notice time to move out, and the next day she turned us over to the creditors and said we skipped out over night and didn't give any notice. Not to mention someone had broken the fencing around our apartment and put a couple chairs under our living room and were doing God knows what but when we complained management wouldn't do anything about it...thats kind of unsafe. Management and the place in general is not good!! I RECCOMEND FINDING ANOTHER PLACE!!

As the manager of this community for 2 years now it is sad to see the place get slammed from a couple who moved to a new town and just didn't make it and had to move back home. And yes they did skip out overnight and had no maintenance issues. I am sorry to say that we cannot replace every carpet at turn over but I assure you that we do not move new residents into an apartment I myself would not live in. Woodbridge is a quaint and charming community with issues every apartment community has to deal with. Please come and check us out for yourself and disregard this negative comment made by a disgruntled resident whom now owes us over $1000 for breaking the lease with no notice.

As a professional, it's offensive for the "manager" of an apartment complex to spout off people's business as such in the above response. No wonder people don't want to move here.

And there is dog poop everywhere. It even smells like dog poop. You cant walk around anywhere and not step in it. It is disgusting.

If this was the case that the manager would not move someone into the apartments she would not live herself, please tell me why one manager who has worked here, has lived here as well? Probably not worth it huh?
