I find it laughable that management has decided to bribe their residents to write a good review on here. They have put fliers on resident's doors telling them to write a review print it and bring it to the office for $100 off next month's rent. Maybe if they actually fixed the problems in their buildings they wouldn't have to pay people to give a good review! I have had to personally fix problems on numerous occasions because maintenance is told to cosmetically repair instead of actually repairing damage. Save yourself some money time and frustration and move somewhere else!

Actually, there normally is dog poop everywhere......I have stepped in a few times as have my kids! Plus, when it gets hot outside, you are welcomed to the smell of steaming crap as soon as you walk out of your apartment.

Well there isn't much you can do about that except take a picture of the pet owner who isn't picking up after their pets. That is apart of the lease agreement they signed (to pick up pet waste). That could be a violation of the lease and they could get in trouble. There isn't really anything management can do about that unless there is proof of who did it. Personally, I haven't seen one pile in the 2 months we have been there. Not sure what side you live on, I live on the side facing highway 61 and it's fine besides the spanish people constantly staring me down... I feel uncomfortable with my daughter. I don't like to be oogled.
