Lauren and Peggy are great. Lauren assisted me with my move in and helped me with everything that I needed. She is always nice, friendly and courteous when I go into the office. When I had a maintenance issue, I called and placed a request about 11pm one night and the problem was fixed by 9am the next morning.
The rooms are huge and I love staying here. It's a nice quiet community.

the problem is...you JUST moved in here......the rooms are huge...yeah, wait till you get a 400 dollar a month electric bill trying to keep it cool, but even then, it is still hot and you are miserable...OF COURSE THEY HELPED YOU WITH YOUR MOVE IN!!!!What? You think they are going to be ugly to you when you are applying???? Duh!!!! They got you now!!!! JUST WAIT! Just like it happened to me, when I went in there all freindly like and they showed me who was who....And it did not take MONTHS to fix your ONE maintenance problem. Good for you....Many more will come. You must have lived in a trailer before this. Honey, this place is a hell hole. you may want to delude yourself now, but soon enough you will realize just how gross it really is.....so freaking depressing.

I've been here for a few months and nothing has changed. I stayed in a 4 bedroom house in NC before this for your information. To get respect you have to show respect, maybe you need to check yourself before you critisize other people. The staff is still and friendly and I ha e only had one maintenance issue. I don't know what you are doing, but my light bill has never been over $100.
