I am a college student who has lived here for a year. I am very pleased with the community. I like the floorplans: 4 bed/4bath or 2 bed/2bath. The buildings are only a few years old. All apartments are furnished including washer and dryer. Some utilities are included in the rent too- satellite tv channels, water, sewage. You have to pay for internet, power, and phone seperately. The place is mostly a college community...so expect parties on a regular basis. But I never really had a problem with people being too loud. The office staff and the maintenance staff are very helpful and take care of problems reported very quickly. Parking is not that great, but there are plenty of spaces. Overall, I think it is a good value.
