The only reason the Berkeley place apartments continuously recieves "best of Clemson" reviews is because the freshmen on campus have only heard of Berkeley Place. You will never recieve your deposit back - that is gaurenteed. You will recieve multiple bogus cleaning reviews to lose this deposit and to rack up some more charges. None of my friends who lived at Berekeley nor my roomates left unscathed. Not ONE of them recieved their deposit. The staff is incompetent and hold the reins of your money for a year. I was constantly misconfused with my other roomates. Subleasing for when you leave in the summer is a total nightmare. Do not let anyone live there unless they are related to you by blood and you know you can trust them. Berekeley would never contact my subleaser but instead would call me over 500 miles away. There is no noise regulations. I was kept up all night the weekend of my LSAT.
