This is a great place for students, you get your own bathroom and its furnished (so you don't have to haul a bed and furniture half way across the country). The current office staff is helpful and personable. The washery and dryer are great and so is the wireless internet. The pool is a little on the small side but area around it is very nice. I wish pets were allowed though. Parking is only a hassle on home football gamedays. Occasionally there is noise from a party, but the Clemson PD drives through often enough to keep most parties from getting out of hand.
