Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Berkeley Place isn't as "HORRIBLE" or as "AWESOME" as some on here have previously mentioned.
Pros:
Each renter has their own lease
Four total bedrooms and bathrooms
Water and cable are included
Fairly new (1999)
Good parking
Pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball
No more deposits
Cons:
Cleaning and repair charges at moveout are costly
Strict no pet policy
No grills on patio
Can get loud on weekends
Thin walls
Maintenance staff was clueless at times
I would probably go back to Berkeley if I could do it over again, but I might do a little more research of other housing choices in the Clemson area.
