CLEMSON PLACE-BEWARE OF LEASE MISREPRESENTATIONS AT CLEMSON PLACE

BEWARE THAT CLEMSON PLACE WILL MISLEAD YOU TO BELIEVE THAT YOU MUST RENEW YOUR LEASE AS EARLY AS 7 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR CURRENT LEASE'S TERMINATION. IN DECEMBER, IN THE MIDDLE OF EXAMS AND LEAVING FOR THE HOLLIDAYS THEY PRESSURE YOU TO DO AN ON LINE RESERVATION OF YOUR ROOM WHICH IS ACTUALLY A RENEWAL OF YOUR LEASE WHICH IS NOT DUE FOR ANOTHER 7 MONTHS.

A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT WOULD RATHER TRICK YOU INTO RENEWING YOU LEASE AS OPPOSED TO WAITING UNTIL THE PROPER TIME TO RENEW A LEASE!!!! IF THEY HAVE TO STOOP TO SUCH A LOW LEVEL TO GET RENEWALS JUST THINK HOW POORLY THE SITE IS OPERATED!! THEY PREY UPON CLEMSON STUDENTS AND HAUL THEM INTO COURT IF THEY CANNOT PAY OR HAVE TO MAKE A CHANGE!!!!

DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!
