Clemson Place

I've lived in five different places during my college experience and this one is the worst. The appartments aren't bad, there about equal to the price, but the management made both my roomates and I look forward to leaving. During the time we were there they confenscated two of my roomates grills (one from inside his room) and lost one of them. They would constantly check the appartment, which wouldn't really be a problem if they left things where they were instead of sifting through our personal belongings. The worst part of it all and the reason why I'm writing this reviewe is the 75$ fee they charged me after I left. The room was in better shape when I left it than when I arrived. They said the 200$ deposite was actually just a reservation fee which doesn't even sound logical because I subleased the place and there was no time between when he moved out and I moved in... what reservation was needed? Fially I found that the 75$ was for a cable that ran under my carpet that had to be removed. The cable was there before I moved in and wasn't accounted for when I moved in because it was nicely hidden under the carpet. The staf was not only not helpful almost every time I've talked to them, but they are often cranky and just gernerly unpleasant people to talk too (unless you're about to start renting a place). qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
