I graduate first week of May, but my lease doesn't end until august. I will be moving back to Spartanburg after graduation and have no reason to stay here in Clemson after school is over. Please help me by renting this apt from me. You rent the room not the apt so its really nice. It's $100 move sub lease fee and the rent is only $360 for a furnished room and private bathroom
