Sub lease for summer

I will graduate first week of May, but my lease doesn't end until August. It is 3 bedroom apt but you rent the room not the apt so it's really nice. It's $100 move sub lease fee and the rent is $355 for a furnished room and private bathroom. I will pay for the sub lease fee and give you another $165.That means you just need to pay $300/month.
