I enjoy the apartment but I've had really bad experiences with management.
The lease I signed had February costing $3 less than any other month.

I thought this made sense since it was shorter.

I paid my rent on time and a few weeks later got a very rude notice in the mailbox saying that if I did not pay my rent in full that they were going to evict me immediately.

I went to the office with a copy of my lease and a bank statement showing my rent check had already been processed.

When I went into the office they claimed that my lease was a typo and that I needed to pay the $3 or else their system would say that I still owed money.
I think its ridiculous that such a huge company will try and nickel and dime college students so that they don't have to deal with their own mistake.

They think because they are catering to college students that they can take advantage on you and walk all over you.
The apartments are nice but just realize that you are not going to be treated like a real person.
