My boyfriend lived here for four years so I have spent many a night here before. The apartments are very poorly insulated and the walls are paper thin. His electric bill was always very expensive due to this fact. The common area was often unmowed and littered with trash and beer cans. There are no amenities for residents such as a pool, weight room, or tennis/basketball courts. However, there is plenty of parking for residents and guests, and it is located very close to campus and downtown.
