Overpriced & the office manager is HIGHLY rude...

Maintenance staff is not prompt on repairs. There were many things we listed on the move-in inspection that were not repaired. My bedroom didn't have a screen, and I lived on the 4th floor, so I could have easily fallen out! The carpet was UNCLEAN, but thy swore it had been cleaned prior to our moving in. We steam cleaned it ourselves and many spots came up. Whoever did the work did a crappy job. Most of our requests went un-noticed and they weren't little cosmetic things either. Just poor service all around for $800 (NOT including any utilities). We kept getting charged for keeping a pet we never had....yeah. The office manager (a woman at the time) was very rude to me and my roommates when we came to her with some concerns. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
