Overall I am happy - The bathrooms inside of the bedrooms are very convenient. Over-all layout of the apartment is good. The maintenance staff if very friendly and quick to get things fixed.

Complaints: No storage area anywhere in the apartment. Some of the built-in appliances can get clogged easily. The window for bedroom A is right next to the front door (which is creepy especially if you are a girl). ...Full review of Berkeley Place Apartments

Overpriced & the office manager is HIGHLY rude... - Maintenance staff is not prompt on repairs. There were many things we listed on the move-in inspection that were not repaired. My bedroom didn't have a screen, and I lived on the 4th floor, so I could have easily fallen out! The carpet was UNCLEAN, but thy swore it had been cleaned prior to our moving in. We steam cleaned it ourselves and many spots came up. Whoever did the work ...Full review of University Place

Inconsiderate Management - I enjoy the apartment but I've had really bad experiences with management. The lease I signed had February costing $3 less than any other month. I thought this made sense since it was shorter. I paid my rent on time and a few weeks later got a very rude notice in the mailbox saying that if I did not pay my rent in full that they were going to evict me immediately. I went to the office with a ...Full review of Clemson Place

-Anonymous- says: OK My boyfriend lived here for four years so I have spent many a night here before. The apartments are very poorly insulated and the walls are paper thin. The apartments were nice and spacious and everyone had their own bathroom (crucial for 4 twenty-something-year-old girls living together).
