When i signed my lease i thought i had picked the best apartment in columbia. I should have known better! The managment there is extremely unprofessional!!!! They meet none of your needs! and you want to talk about safety! haha there were several break ins while i lived there! Many of my neighboors told me they have had a bad crime problem!the back of the apartments faces the woods so anyone can get in because they have NO security and will not do anything about getting security. sure they tell you they have a gaurd but where is the gaurd when people's cars and apartments are getting broken into!!!The only thing nice about this place is the outside and the clubhouse...go figure
