The apartment layout is nice, parking is plentiful, management is professional and the landscaping is maintained. Unfortunately the apartment walls are thin. You can hear everything your neighbor says, does, and watches on TV. As far as the kitchen, it is pitiful, the tile is peeling, and the appliances are cheap. The refrigerator is small, the dishwasher only cleans if it is half full, the stove fan doesn't vent, and the oven is not self-cleaning. Also, the heating/air cycles on and off without ever seeming to heat or cool, even the plumbing fixtures are plastic and cheap. There are few places to walk your dog so pet owners often allow their animals to defecate in landscape beds. The fitness center is lacking too. Only one of 2 treadmills have worked for the past 2 years, the bike is an antique, same goes for the gym equipment. The pool is nice and usually clean. Security is lacking. I know it s disappointing because it all looks so nice from the outside so if you still want to live here I would recommend the 3rd floor. I am looking for better construction for my money.
