Please don't be a fool like me and make a decision to live at 42 Magnolia based on first appearances. Upon first seeing the complex and unit I, I signed the lease thinking it would be a great place to live. Boy was I wrong! One you sign that lease, you quickly find management to be unfriendly(rude actually) and uncaring. You discover every aspect of the apt. complex to be cheaply build with inexpensive appliances, kitchen and bath fixture, paper thin walls, light fixtures, etc. The wall between my master bedroom and my my neighbor's master bed is so thin I discovered I can hear every word or action that takes place in my neighbor's master bedroom. It go so bad, I spend many nights on the sofa. Heat pumps are extremely inefficent and my average electric bill is over $150. They also charge you for water usage, cable, etc.

I have 100% with you. The staff is rude and they alway smake you feel like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to live there. I would live on the street before signing a new lease.
